Day Off

Today is my first day off since moving into my studio. I can't remember the last time I put in a seven day art-work week. Working from home allows for many distractions. I found myself constantly sidetracked. Not to mention the solitude of it all. While necessary at times, too much of it drains my creative batteries and I wind up feeling uninspired. I am so thrilled to be in a creative environment now, among some amazing artists (you'll meet them through this blog soon enough) who keep me energized and motivated.
