I don't know why, it just does.
No one really believes that you just tied it around there to have around on the off-chance you might get cold.
Just wear it or leave it home!
Only my upper body feels cold.

I don't get how the keep the sweater in place. If I did that, it would fall off in the middle of the street somewhere. I agree - keep it on, off, or home.
LOL, yeah, my sweater would be looking all cockeyed off the shoulder.
